Budget information on Usage Group monitors

We recently announced the release of Budgets, which allows our users to set a monthly or yearly budget for each of their Usage Groups and keep track of spend against their budget to see if any groups are forecasted to exceed it.

Now, our users can receive information about their budget status directly on Slack, Microsoft Teams, or by email, through our existing Monitors feature. The additional budget information is automatically included in weekly and monthly Usage Group Digests.
