Improved support for object level tags

We have added support for users to use object tags (e.g. schemas, tables, tasks, procedures, etc.) from their Snowflake account and incorporate them in filters, saved views and usage groups in SELECT.

Other Things We Shipped:

• 🪄 Our Terraform provider now bundles usage group updates into a single version in the SELECT UI.
• 🪄 Display database swaps in lineage graphs.
• 🪄 Advanced filters no longer hide options due to existing inline filters, making it easier to create filters with "OR" combinations.
• 🐛 Advanced filters now always show all options for Tables Accessed, Modified, etc. by default, making it easier to build filters.
