Improved User Facing Alerts

We've updated our existing connection errors to handle a wider range of issues, and provide more helpful resolution steps for each. If it's something you can fix in SELECT, there will be a link to the right page, and if it's something that we have docs describing in more detail, there will be a link to that too.

If you're an admin on the account, you'll also now get prompt notification emails so that you don't miss issues, and can resolve them swiftly. The same links and documentation that you'd see in the application will be available there too.

• 🪄 Added new date columns to the workloads tables to allow you to analyze cost by user
• 🐛 Fix bug preventing saved views with filters from saving properly
• 🪄 Extended micro-functionality for favourite drag and drop into folders
• 🪄 Monitor destinations can now be edited within the Monitors Overview table (bulk edit or row edit), through the Monitor Sidepeek, or the Overview page
