Come from AWS Enterprise Support, was not sure what to expect. The DoiT specialist was able to provide a satisfactory resolution to the case as well as follow up information from AWS.

Great support from Kefeng! Ticket creation, followed-up twice through AWS chat to handle and ensure liasing with AWS support went well. He saved time going throught AWS support chats and got things done.
Slightly annoyed by AWS support, I made it very clear that I want PSYNC and they offered an alternative solution that does not fix the current issue.

Good handling of the case. Although it didn't a 100% explain the breakdown, I think it is the best explanation that we can get from google.
