More flexible Usage Groups (advanced filters in Usage Groups)

We've significantly upgraded the usage groups definition experience! You can now create usage groups based on any arbitrary filtering criteria to define usage groups with greater precision. Previously, the app only supported having a union of single-level filters while defining usage groups. This enhancement allows for arbitrary combinations of filters, giving you more control over your usage groups.
