For teams with lots of usage groups and complex definitions, or those who want to integrate their definitions with other tools, SELECT now provides a JSON and YAML editor for usage groups.

Users can switch between the visual editor, JSON and YAML, and the usage groups will automatically be translated. Budgets are also defined in the same configuration file.

In a future release, usage groups will be definable via an API using same JSON/YAML syntax.
